Submission Guidelines
(1) We accept manuscripts by e-mail or regular post- (CD), however, we
prefer that manuscripts be submitted via email-in Microsoft word.
(2) We do not accept Erotica or Pornography of any kind. 3) We do not accept
books that espouse hate-speech.
Emailing: All manuscript submissions must hold fast to the following:
The email must contain a subject head that reads MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION. The
email must have a COMPLETE copy of your manuscript in Microsoft format.
Please include the words at the top of your manuscript copyright at some
date… if you have not already copyrighted your material. Do not email the TX
number. If we accept your work, we will ask for this information at a later
time. Your email must be in the form of a standard query letter that
includes the following information: a). Brief synopsis of the manuscript's
subject (non-fiction) or (fiction). b). the genre & sub-genre of the work.
c). your complete mailing address, email address. Do NOT use "curly quotes".
Use regular quotes. Use underlines to draw attention to certain words.
Present a professional manuscript to the very best of your ability. Some
deviation for artistic style is permissible. USE three asterisk (* * *)
centered on the page to indicate scene breaks and/or POV breaks within
chapters. DO act professionally regarding your submission, particularly if
revisions or editing is necessary. We look forward to receiving your work -
but please make sure to follow the above guidelines.

REGULAR MAIL:
All submissions sent by regular mail must adhere to the following: (1) (CD),
your package must contain a self-addressed mailer with the appropriate
return mail postage already applied. Please place your return address on the
mailer. If you do not include a self-addressed mailer with the correct
return postage, your manuscript WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO YOU. Note: On your
return label, use STAMPS, not metered postage! Many post offices in the US
will NOT accept metered postage for SASE return packages, due to 9/11
concerns. (2) Your package must contain a COMPLETE and FINISHED copy of the
manuscript. Failure to include a complete, finished copy of the manuscript
with your submission will cause your work to be immediately rejected with no
further correspondence forthcoming. The manuscript must be on either CD
Disk, 100 or 250 zip disks: formatted in Microsoft word. Please double space
your work for easy correction if needed. 3) The manuscript must follow the
guidelines we have stated. You must include with your package a standard
query letter, and include the following information: Include a brief
synopsis of the story of the manuscript's subject (non-fiction) or
(fiction). The genre & sub-genre of the work, your complete mailing address
to include your email address where we can contact you if we are interested

Format and Style Guidelines:
The manuscript must be double-spaced, 12 point font, Times New Roman,
Courier New or Ariel, with paragraphs indented by tabs. Please use Microsoft
file submissions. The first page at the top of your manuscript must contain
the following information in this format:
Name
Street Address
City, State and ZIP
Phone and/or e-mail
Title of manuscript , subtitle of manuscript, copyright year
