Reverend Virginia Arlene Moore Stith is an Ordained Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church. Her ministry in the AMEC include: the Board of Directors of the Episcopal Christian Education Department, Episcopal Board of Examiners, Ministerial Efficiency Committee, Annual Conference Secretary, and Pastor–in which she has cracked the glass ceiling in being the first female to pastor in several of the denominations churches.   

 Reverend Stith received the Associate of Science degree from Burlington County College in Pemberton, New Jersey; the Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Wesleyan University in Central, South Carolina; and the Master of Divinity degree from Erskine Theological Seminary in Due West, South Carolina.
